TERMS OF SERVICE & COACHING AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in coaching services provided by Champions For Veterans, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Champions For Veterans provides educational coaching, guidance, and support to help veterans better understand and navigate the VA disability claims process.

Services may include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group coaching calls
• Access to internal resources, templates, and tools
• Communication via phone, video, email, or messaging platforms
• Access to private communities or support environments

These services are educational and consultative in nature only.

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)

Champions For Veterans:

• Is NOT a law firm
• Is NOT a VA-accredited agent or representative
• Does NOT provide legal, medical, or financial advice
• Does NOT prepare, file, or submit VA claims on your behalf

All information provided is:

For educational and informational purposes only

You are solely responsible for:

• Any decisions you make
• Any claims you file
• Any information submitted to the VA

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do NOT guarantee:

• Any increase in VA disability rating
• Approval of any claim
• Specific timelines or outcomes

VA decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and are outside of our control.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By participating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Actively participate in coaching
• Follow through on recommendations at your discretion
• Maintain communication with your assigned coach

Failure to engage does not relieve you of your financial obligations.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION

All fees and payment terms are outlined in your signed agreement or checkout terms.

By enrolling, you agree that:

• Payments are due as agreed, regardless of outcome
• Failure to achieve a VA rating increase does NOT eliminate payment obligations
• If on a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full

Collections & Enforcement

If payment is not made:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services
• Your account may be sent to collections
• You are responsible for any legal fees, collection costs, or interest

6. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We provide:

• Time
• Expertise
• Coaching access

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate your access without refund if you:

• Are disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful
• Fail to follow program guidelines
• Misuse Company resources or intellectual property
• Violate any terms in this Agreement

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided are the exclusive property of Champions For Veterans.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Share login access or documents
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Teach or repurpose our systems without written consent

Violation may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Legal action
• Financial damages

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to:

• Keep all internal materials confidential
• Not share information from other participants
• Respect the privacy of all clients and coaches

We are not responsible for information voluntarily shared in group settings.

10. COMMUNITY & COMMUNICATION RULES

You agree not to:

• Harass or harm others
• Provide false information
• Promote outside services without approval
• Engage in illegal or unethical conduct

We reserve the right to remove any content or participant at our discretion.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Champions For Veterans shall NOT be liable for:

• Denied claims
• Lost benefits
• Delays in VA processing
• Financial losses
• Emotional distress
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champions For Veterans from:

• Any claims arising from your use of our services
• Any information you submit to the VA
• Any actions taken based on our coaching

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration
• Conducted in the United States
• On an individual basis only (no class actions)

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this Agreement
• You accept full responsibility for your actions
• You agree to all terms stated above
